Romance Marathon Race and Tour event is happening this Saturday at the Rikert Nordic Center in Ripton. The course will start at the Rikert Nordic Center in Ripton, VT and follow the Catamount Trail and other wilderness trails in the scenic Moosalamoo National Recreation Area. These wilderness trails will be groomed classic style specifically for this event and no skating will be allowed. The Tour Category will ski the 15km loop while racers will have a choice between the 15km (one loop course) or the 25km course (two loop course). Felting Demonstrations at Vermont Fiber Mill & Studio, Located at Maple View Farm, the Vermont Fiber Mill & Studio uses alpaca fiber to create a variety of products from roving to felt to yarn.
